Morocco’s Futsal Coach Expects Fierce Game Against Panama
Casablanca - Morocco’s futsal coach Hicham Dguig expects a fierce game against Panama in the quarter-finals of the FIFA Futsal World Cup on Tuesday.
Dguig said that his team is well-prepared for the match and is confident of victory. "We have studied Panama’s style of play and we know their strengths and weaknesses," he said. "We have a plan to counter their attack and we are confident that we can win the match."
Dguig said that Panama is a strong team and has shown its quality at the World Cup so far.
"They have good players and they are well-organized," he said. "But we are a better team and we will win with the help of our supporters."
Morocco reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup for the first time in history, after beating Venezuela in the Round of 16.
Panama, meanwhile, qualified for the quarter-finals after beating Vietnam in the Round of 16.
The match between Morocco and Panama will be played at the Vytautas Magnus University Sports Hall in Kaunas, Lithuania.
The match will start at 19:00 GMT.
